06:00am, Picking up tourists at Ninh Kieu boat station, departuring to Cai Rang floating market. The boat will go a long Can Tho river so that tourists can understand the inhabitants’ lifestyle.

Approaching Cai Rang floating market, you can observe the scene of purchasing Mekong fruits and vegetables as well as taking part in exchanging goods with local sellers… Before the money’s appearance, this form has been popular with the custom  of “goods exchange goods” between the inhabitants and the locals at the market.

Continue to noodle making factory (hu tieu) you can understand the “process of making noodle” of small village making noodle.

Going to the Orchard by the small canal. Entering the orchard, you can urderstand the products  of tropical fruit and enjoy them. Then  come back to Can Tho city
